How can we help?
Start with the searchable offline User Manual included in UnitDeck. If you still need help, email us with product, installation, backup, privacy, or partnership questions.
Start with the offline User Manual
Open User Manual in UnitDeck to search 21 sections covering setup, projects, tasks, Activity, files, automation, resources, timelines, reports, settings, backup, and troubleshooting. It works without a network connection after installation.
When reporting an issue
- Product name and app version
- Windows version and the screen where the issue occurred
- Steps you took immediately before the issue
- Whether the issue occurs again
- A screenshot with personal information removed, if helpful
Do not send sensitive work data
Do not attach customer names, contract information, financial information, personal contact details, passwords, verification codes, or original project files. If reproduction material is needed, use a sanitized example with confidential and personal information removed.
Local data locations
UnitDeck Local stores user data in the Windows app-data area. The internal folder name FennecDeck may remain to preserve data from earlier development versions.
- Database:
%APPDATA%/FennecDeck/fennecdeck.sqlite
- Backups:

Full local backup and restore
New full ZIP backups include the SQLite database, task attachment files, and resource image icons with a manifest and hashes. Restore validates the archive and creates a pre-restore backup. Legacy .sqlite and .db files remain database-only restores. Backup archives are not app-encrypted, so store them securely.
